Founded in 2023 by Sam Fayed, Townhouse Media Filmworks works with writers, filmmakers, and producers who specialize in producing scripted fiction, non-fiction, and documentary works for film and television.

He’s produced and directed several award-winning shorts (official selection Big Apple Film Festival, semi-finalist, Flickers' Rhode Island International Film Festival, and official selections at the Toronto, Tokyo, Paris, and New York Lift Off Festivals). His artwork has been featured in VMAN, Document Journal, and The Rake.
